[Chicken Burritos](https://www.jocooks.com/recipes/chicken-burritos/) I followed the above recipe, but it didn’t go so well. I followed it closely. With the only change being that I used about 50g less chicken and introduced kidney beans. Some notes and things I’d do different: - The main issue was just how wet the burritos were. I’m not sure why. Next time I would 100% skip the addition of water. - The chicken should be cut very small. I made mine too big. It meant you often just got a mouthful of chicken and the chicken kind of dragged out ingredients as you ate it. - It simply wasn’t tasty or seasoned enough. I put on a decent amount of salt and it still wasn’t anywhere near enough. But more than that it wasn’t any where near spicy enough. I need to ask ChatGPT how to spice it up. Or maybe add [[Sriracha]]? - Another note: unless I’m going super healthy, don’t skimp on the cheese. That’s what makes it or breaks it.
