I really need to better optimise my mornings. I spend way too long on my phone and TikTok – often 90 minutes or so.
And to be honest, 'optimise' is the wrong word. I just need to stop eating junk food so close to bed time. It's become so habitual it's insane. And whenever I don't do I have so much more of a spring in my step in the morning.
